Rockefeller Group Chandler Crossroads
– In Phoenix Area, an 866,000-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Business Park of Office, Warehouse / Distribution, and Retail Space on 76 Acres
– Gilbert Road and Queen Cresek Road, Chandler, Arizona
Rockefeller Group Development Corporation has acquired a 76-acre tract of land in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.
At the site, on the northwest corner Gilbert Road and Queen Creek Road, RGDC plans to develop Rockefeller Group Chandler Crossroads — an 866,000-square-foot business park of 19 single-story concrete buildings for office, commercial, and light industrial use.
Less than a mile from Chandler Municipal Airport, the site is situated in a rapidly growing region. All utilities are present at the site. Over the past 10 to 12 years, the Chandler area has become one of the fastest growing regions in the country.
The buildings will be of concrete tilt-up construction with liberal use of glass to provide abundant natural light and views. The completed project will feature meticulous landscaping, two lakes, public seating areas, lighting, and monument signage.
The site is close to Loop 202 Freeway. The location is excellent for distribution, office, and retail space.
