Project Overview

The commercial component of the master plan encompasses 830,000 square feet of Class-A corporate office space currently planned in buildings ranging in size from 100,000 to 300,000 square feet and a full-service hotel with a sports club component. This 100-acre portion of the development will be at the front door of the project. The campus entrance is at an existing traffic light on Park Avenue.

The superb office environment is the design of Kohn Pedersen Fox, the world renowned master planning and architectural design firm.  The 400-person firm has won numerous design awards around the world. KPF's initiatives on LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and sustainable design principles place The Green at Florham Park at the forefront of 21st-century methods for environmentally and socially responsible office-building development.

The following are additional details of the exciting master plan for The Green at Florham Park.

— A 325,000 office building to house BASF’s North American Headquarters. The building will be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with the goal of obtaining LEED Platinum certification, the highest LEED status a building can achieve. It would be he largest office building in New Jersey with LEED Platinum certification.

— A 27-acre site that is the home of the New York Jets Football Team's Headquarters and Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. The 120,000 square foot state of the art training, teaching, and medical facility, contains corporate offices, training rooms, locker rooms, media facilities and a full size indoor practice field and four outdoor practice fields.

— Renaissance ClubSport by Marriott, a unique blend of a full service contemporary boutique hotel and world class sports club.

— A 425-unit active adult residential community, to be developed by The K. Hovnanian Companies on 100 acres at the eastern portion of the site. This community will become K. Hovnanian’s flagship development as it will contain first class design, architectural and amenity features.
