Gina Crawford is an Assistant Project Manager for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. Located in the New Jersey region, Ms. Crawford supports the Project Manager on a wide variety of preconstruction and construction activities, including design management, procurement and contracting, project approvals, scheduling, cost and quality control, and client/tenant relations. Her primary responsibilities include managing the daily jobsite activities and keeping the Project Manager and other RGDC team members abreast of project status, job progress, and critical issues.
Currently Ms. Crawford is based onsite at The Green at Florham Park, a 268-acre master planned development located in Florham Park, New Jersey, constructing a 325,000 square-foot office building that will serve as BASF’s new North American Headquarters. She is scheduled to remain onsite during future phases of construction at The Green at Florham Park, which will include three additional Class A office buildings ranging from 100,000 to 320,000 square feet, a full-service 230-unit hotel, and a 425-unit active adult residential community.
Before joining RGDC, Ms. Crawford was an estimating coordinator for a national general contractor specializing in high-end retail. Ms. Crawford is a licensed realtor in New Jersey and is OSHA certified. She is a longtime resident of New Jersey and has studied at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and the County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey.
