Kurt Drstvensek is Director, Development Projects, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. He works primarily on future transactions for RGDC, on the company’s industrial property development in Charleston, and on due diligence for Mitsubishi Estate Company on a variety of that company’s projects.
Mr. Drstvensek joined RGDC in 2006 as Senior Development Project Financial Analyst for the Investments Department. He was previously with CBRE Investors, where he was a Senior Associate responsible for analyzing acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for the firm’s investment programs. Mr. Drstvensek has also held various analyst positions with CoStar Group Inc., The Bernstein Companies, and the New York City office of Deutsche Bank.
He is a graduate of the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where he earned an M.A. General Degree.
