Edward J. Guiltinan is Vice President and Regional Director, New York, responsible for leasing The Rockefeller Group's owned real estate in midtown Manhattan, primarily 1221 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas. He is also responsible for the firm’s development activities in Manhattan and in Charleston, South Carolina.
Mr. Guiltinan previously had leasing responsibilities for The Green at Florham Park in Florham Park, NJ. In addition, he has served as a Regional Director for various Rockefeller Group development projects.
Mr. Guiltinan joined the Rockefeller Group in 2000, arriving with nine years of experience leasing and developing commercial real estate. Before joining the Rockefeller Group, he worked for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation as Senior Director of Leasing. He was also Vice President of Associated Realty and of Bender & Company. Before entering real estate, he was a member of the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Guiltinan holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University, is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey.
