As Manager, Real Estate Development, Nick Hamann is responsible for the development and leasing of Florida industrial projects, and also performs feasibility studies, due diligence, financial modeling, and other underwriting functions for potential projects. Current assignments include the development management of over 1 million square feet of industrial and 250,000 square feet of office space throughout South and Central Florida.

Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group in 2007, Mr. Hamann worked extensively in the due diligence and acquisition of major projects, including developments of regional impact and those with mixed-use components. Early in his career, his legal background in real estate transactions and land use law allowed him to be involved in the entitlement of complex residential projects throughout Florida.

Mr. Hamann is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the New World Center Committee and serves as Co-Chair of the Brickell section of the Downtown Master Plan Task Force. He is a member of the Florida Bar and received a juris doctor degree from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
